How a vegan maintains her daily nutritional needs (trust me, it’s alot easier than maintaining composure among the ranks of assholes with stupid questions.. so fuel up).

Amy's Teriyaki Wrap (tofu, brown rice & veggies) & an apple.

Whole Food's vegan jerk chicken salad (new favorite thing), sprouts, peppadew sweet red peppers & mustard on a toasted, margarined Ezekiel sprouted grain roll. And an apple.

Homemade veggie stew poured over half of a leftover sourdough breadbowl from Panera, topped w/Tofutti Sour Supreme.

What a vegan eats at Panera: garden vegetable soup (sans the basil pesto, which has romano cheese in it) in a sourdough breadbowl. Recently discovered the sourdough is one of the few vegan bread choices there, along with the rye. Yum to that!

Cranberry & Stuffing Tofurky, cranberry sauce, Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese, walnuts & sprouts on whole wheat rye...and heated up a little bit.

Hummus, cucumber, carrots & banana peppers on an Ezekiel sprouted wheat roll, BBQ soy crisps & Synergy Trilogy Kombucha.

Simple! Banana, Peanut Butter & Co. cinnamon raisin peanut butter & Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese on whole wheat rye.

Wayfare hickory cheddar-flavored oat spread, sprouts, walnuts & cranberries rolled up in Tofurky "Cranberry & Stuffing" deli slices (one splayed open for your viewing pleasure); soy BBQ crisps; baby carrots.

This is how a vegan recycles leftovers: Lightlife soy hotdog on an Ezekiel sprouted wheat roll, topped w/ beans, corn & onions from my veggie stew, plus the obligatory ketchup & mustard. And that would be pear slices hanging out in the background.

Tofu/bean chili & cornbread (topped w/Tofutti Sour Supreme)...compliments of Mrs. Wood!! :)

Pasta fagioli with lots of beans/veggies (just the way I like it, compliments of mommy) & Italian bread.

Lentil "snobby joe" mix & mustard over onion focaccia, baby carrots
